Following are the Board of Trustees Propositions and the voting results for those propositions.

Prop 08-01: To amend Prop 07-37 to now read: To create a “Gift Membership” category of membership that can be purchased for $20 by a member in good standing to award to a current non-member for US memberships, $30 for Canada/Mexico, and $40 overseas. The gift membership cannot be used on an existing ACA member.To approve the 2007 Committee Chairs that were in place at the end of 2006. PASSES: 9 yes votes.
Prop 08-02: To enter into Executive Session to consider awarding a 2008 recipient of a Jordan Fellow Award – Second BOT consideration. PASSES: 9 yes votes.
Prop 08-03: To have TechnaPrint take the responsibility to lay out the February BB at a cost not to exceed $600. PASSES: 9 yes votes.
Prop 08-04: To approve the nomination of a recipient of the Jordan Fellow Retrospective award -- Second BOT approval. PASSES: 9 yes votes.
Prop 08-05: To approve all current ACA committe chairs for 2008. PASSES: 9 yes votes.
Prop 08-06: To create the position of Newsletter Chair following the attached procedure and to appoint Chris Borgese as the chair. PASSES: 7 yes votes, 2 no votes.
Prop 08-07: To approve the purchase of T-shirts for the Florida Fish Farmers. PASSES: 9 yes votes.
Prop 08-08: To approve a not to exceed budget amount of $3,000 for the Newsletter Chair for calendar year 2008. PASSES: 9 yes votes.
Prop 08-09: To appoint TechnaPrint to take on the responsibility to layout the next six issues of BB starting with April (one year) at a cost not to exceed $2,700. PASSES: 9 yes votes.
Prop 08-10: To create an ACA Forum committee chaired by Ron Nielson.
